Doreen Schwegler worked in Essendon, Melbourne as a naturopath for over 30 years, helping her clients achieve optimal health. She initially graduated with Science Degree from RMIT in 1982 then went onto complete another four-year course of study of Naturopathy that included Psychology and Counselling, which she incorporates into everyday practice. Doreen ran a multidisciplinary wellness practice in Essendon, Victoria for many years, specialising in assisting couples in overcoming fertility issues and recurrent miscarriages; weight management and Bowen Therapy. She recently sold this and works in another company ‘Holistic Health” as director of clinical services, offering holistic approach for wellbeing.
Doreen authored a book “Complete Health Overhaul A Guide towards Happiness, Healthy Ageing and better Sex”, helping people get on-track for optimal health and happiness; co-authored “Smart Business Builder’s’ and ‘Health for the Mature Woman’ as well as various publications in health and women’s magazine. Her work has been featured in Melbourne-area newspapers and she has lectured at some of Melbourne’s tertiary institutions. Doreen has presented locally and internationally on her work with women’s health and fertility.
Doreen addresses mental health with a whole person approach, addressing lifestyle, diet, targeted nutrients and herbs, exercise, counselling, mindfulness/meditation practice and microbiome support.

Michal Baghlani is a Registered Psychologist and Wellbeing / Resilience Coach. She is passionate about helping individuals self-manage their mental health and general wellbeing and has a special interest in the treatment of stress and anxiety.
As Michal has progressed in her career, she has realised that psychology is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to managing mental health. She has therefore furthered her professional development into the realm of holistic approaches to mental health and general wellbeing management. Michal understands the importance of sleep, diet and exercise and the impact these factors have on our ability to cope and has also furthered her development in understanding how the human gut microbiome impacts health, both physically and mentally.
She has worked for over 16 years in the area of employee health and wellbeing as a workplace trainer, coach and change facilitator. Michal has worked for some of Australia’s leading EAP organisations providing coaching, training facilitation, career transition services, counselling and crisis interventions. She also has extensive rehabilitation, and injury management experience, both in case management, and the assessment and treatment of complex psychological injuries and chronic pain presentations.
