Here are quick action steps that you can do right now to help you and others during a period of extreme stress.

 A lot of people, whenever they’ve had extreme stress for a while, show in their posture. The posture begins to slump as they’re tired or tense, which negatively affects breathing and circulation, physical tension, and mental clarity.
