Kenneth-Maxwell Nance is Director, Maxwell Leadership Institute, which aims to make leadership the best that it can be in our lifetime. He is a leadership scholar-practitioner (scientist), with over 40 years of experience, with 21 years in the world’s largest organization. Kenneth-Maxwell Nance is the founder of leadership’s grand theory (LGT). He has a Bachelor, Business Management; Master of Business Administration, MBA Leadership & Sustainability; and is a Ph.D., candidate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with an emphasis in Leadership Development and Coaching. He is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. Kenneth-Maxwell holds the public leadership credential (PLC) from the Harvard Kennedy School. He has DOD, DA, and LivingWorks training/certification in suicide prevention, and is a fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate, a multiple leadership award winner, recipient of fours awards authorized by U.S. Presidents, and inducted into PSI Chi for psychology, Golden Key International, and National Society of Leadership and Success honorary societies. Kenneth-Maxwell has a love for people and service towards human progress.
