I completed my undergraduate studies at University of the West Indies in Barbados before completing my Maters in Psychology and Specialist in School Psychology at Nova Southeastern University in the United States. I completed my Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University in the United States. I am an Adjunct Faculty for Alliant International University in the Master of Education School Psychology Program. I have worked in the United States and the Cayman Islands. I have worked in K-12 schools with students from various socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds.
I have held licenses/certifications in school psychology in Florida, Washington, and California. I received the Barbados Educational Psychologist Registration. I am an active member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society.
I have supervised special education teachers, school psychologists, school counselors, and instructional assistants. I have conducted trainings at the local, state, national, and international levels on school psychology, special education/needs administration, psychoeducational assessment, cultural competence, equity, reducing disproportionality, inclusive education, classroom management, burnout, job satisfaction, and clinical supervision. Currently, I am a Strategic Business Coach and published author. My company is Priscilla Kucer Consulting Solutions LLC. We are a Black female owned coaching and consulting business. We have received the Texas Small Business Administration Woman Owned Business Certification and we are registered with the United States federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM). We are a member of Business Network International (BNI).
I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs to become unstuck and avoid burnout so they can GROW their business. Specifically, I use my consulting and coaching sessions with entrepreneurs to help they can scale their business by learning strategies that they can use to improve their goals, processes, and operations! I focus on helping entrepreneurs identify and understand the elements needed for each step of the strategic plan for their business. I help entrepreneurs with goals, vision, mission, budget, marketing, product development, operational processes, contingencies, service creation, diversity and equitable practices, and human resources. Ultimately, I want to help increase the number of entrepreneurs and small business owners who make it to five years and beyond.
