Dr. Darsi D. Beauchamp has had extensive training in the areas of counseling, education and administration. She holds three bachelors’ in Psychology, Spanish and Education from Rutgers University, a Master’s in Counseling (Family Psychotherapy) from California Polytechnic University, and another Master’s in Public Administration and Supervision from Montclair University. In addition, she has a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Public Administration from Capella University in Minnesota. Her dissertation is published in the Journal of Biology, Neurology and Education for her contributions on how the brain learns and interacts with the environment, which she has used in schools, government agencies and as an Ombudsman in corporations. Her Behavior Analysis Certificate (for BCBA) is from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and she has finished her post-doctoral studies at the Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Candidate and will be taking her Board testing soon. She is an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) practitioner and helps schools, municipalities, and corporations improve performance. OBM is the study of human behavior which identifies and emphasizes environmental variables that affect directly observable performance, with an analysis of behaviors to help change variables to decrease unproductive or increase productive behavior performance. She is able to study, understand, explain, predict, and change human behaviors that occur in the organizational context. She also has an ABA approved Paralegal Studies Certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Beauchamp has completed a Public Labor and Employment Management and Conflict Resolution Certificate at Rutgers University and completion of Commercial Arbitration and Mediation-AAA-ADR Certificate at Cardozo University. She participates in educational law issues that affect people with disabilities in the workplace and students in schools.

Dr. Darsi D. Beauchamp is a demonstrated achiever with 30 years of exceptional knowledge of behavioral health, hypnosis for reduction of anxiety and depression, PTSD and Trauma Specialist, as well as a Neurofeedback practitioner for brain entrainment and performance. Has a track record in family therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor for helping others achieve their potential by training clients in conflict resolution, executive skills, and social skills. Dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual disabilities, couples, military and non-military individuals with trauma and employees achieve their potential and heal for a better future.
